All about David Renteria, killer of El Paso girl

David Renteria (age 53, November 22, 1969 – November 16, 2023) was a Texas man convicted of abducting and killing a 5-year-old El Paso girl Alexandra Flores. The chilling incident unfolded on November 18, 2001, when security camera footage captured Renteria leading young Alexandra out of an El Paso Walmart.

Tragically, the next day, her partially burned body was discovered in an alley 16 miles away, revealing signs of a brutal assault. An autopsy confirmed she had been struck twice in the head, strangled by hand, and set on fire.
